Safety

For the safety of our pet friends and employees of PTown Pets, we do not board OVERLY AGGRESSIVE DOGS. If your dog shows any aggressiveness, you will be asked to remove him/her from the kennel.

Room & Board

Room and Board: Includes a radiant heat/air conditioned environment, with a state of the art air exchange system, and spacious accomodations. Unless otherwise indicated, your pet will receive scheduled feedings of Eukanuba by Iams for the dogs and Purina Cat Chow for the cats. Your pet will have frequent access to outside areas.

Vaccination Certificate Requirements

Proof of vaccination is required when deposits are made. Dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella(kennel cough). Cats must be vaccinated against Rabies, FVRCP and Feline Leukemia.

Flea & Tick Policy

In an effort to control fleas & ticks, any pets found to have excessive fleas or ticks will be given a flea & tick bath at the owner's expense. If your pet is on a flea and/or tick program such as Frontline, Program, or regular dips, please let us know. If you know that your pet has fleas or ticks, please make an effort to control them before your vacation, or let us know in advance so we can schedule a flea & tick bath upon arrival.

Walk/Play/Quality Time Sessions

Your pet can receive personalized walks around the neighborhood, private or group play sessions, or quality time sesions if they so desire. In addition to quiet or non-active time with one of our proffessional pet entertainers. Play sessions with other dogs are allowed with written consent. See rates for pricing.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks after making a reservation or the reservation is forfeited.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

*Due to the quick turnover during the busy season a $50 charge will apply to all pets not picked up within the check-out time (before noon) unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
